Shrink Plastic – Matt Transparent Finish

This matt translucent finished shrink plastic comes in sheets measuring 20 x 30cms. There is a matt side and a glossy side. Can be decorated with colouring pencils on the matt side and permanent markers on the glossy side. Stamp, die cut, colour and cut, the shrink plastic when heated in a household oven or using a craft heat tool shrinks by up to 40% in size.
